Yes. You can operate in manual mode with address lookups and saved presets. PMS read-only mode makes it faster, and full write-back integration is planned for Phase 2.

Typically 2-4 weeks from contract signing to go-live, depending on your PMS integration complexity and staff training schedule.

Basic training takes 30-60 minutes. We provide video tutorials, live demos, and ongoing support. Most staff are comfortable within their first shift.

No. Takumo works with your existing carrier contracts. We optimize routing and provide better tracking, but you keep your current relationships.

Operations & Guest Support

We provide thermal labels and can integrate with your existing label printers. Supplies are shipped automatically based on usage.

The system works offline with cached data. Bookings sync automatically when connection returns. Critical functions remain available.
